Shipping Information

We aim to ship all orders within 5 working days of purchase. Most shipments are handled by UPS, FedEx or Correos to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • EU countries
  • UK
  • Norway
  • Switzerland
  • United States
  • Canada

Shipping Costs

  • Within EU: €8–€15 (calculated at checkout)

  • Outside EU: €15-€30 (calculated at checkout)

Free Pick-Up in Barcelona

If you're located in or visiting Barcelona, you can choose free local pick-up at checkout. We'll email you with pick-up details once your order is ready.

Return Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please email us at hola@houseofmanus.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • We do not cover the cost of return shipping, nor are we responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return process

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
